Casa Monterrey represents TRP’s first venture into rehabilitating existing housing in Pilsen. Originally built in 1894 in the Romanesque Revival style, the building had fallen into disrepair and tagged with graffiti. Eight units were converted into seven affordable rental units for households earning below 50% of the area median income.
