Designed with the first-time homebuyer in mind, this course provides the tools necessary to purchase and maintain a home in today’s market. In this class, you will learn financial management strategies, how to select a home mortgage loan, tips for shopping for a home, and resources for down payment assistance.

Complete home buyer education at your own pace with eHome America, an online homebuyer education course that provides the tools necessary to purchase and maintain a home. Available in English and Spanish. Note that this self-paced course is not valid with some home purchase and down payment assistance programs, including the City of Chicago. Always check with the grant provider or your TRP Home Purchase Advisor first. The cost of this course is $99. Speak with your Home Purchase Advisor if you need help covering this cost.
