Donor Advised Funds (DAF)
What is a Donor Advised Fund (DAF)?
Think of it as a charitable investment account that supports the charitable organizations that matter to you, such as TRP. DAFs are a tax-friendly charitable giving vehicle. It’s tax-friendly because when you contribute to your DAF, which will be managed by a sponsor, such as Fidelity Charitable, Vanguard Charitable, DAFgiving360, etc., you receive an immediate tax-deduction for your contribution. Then, you can make a gift (known as a grant) of any size to the charitable organization of your choice, whenever you would like. All you have to do is reach out to your financial institution and request that the funds be gifted to TRP.

Life Changing Work: How the Colibrí Fellowship Is Expanding Legal Hope in Wisconsin
As a Graduate of TRP's Immigrant Justice Colibrí Fellowship program, Cecilia has earned full DOJ accreditation, which allows her to represent clients in immigration court.
I’ve seen the struggle. Clients tell me, I’ve been trying to find an attorney to represent me in court, and I haven’t been able to find one. Or the ones they do find are very much out of reach financially. Having more accredited representatives will allow us to represent more people, because it is very necessary at the moment.
