Build credit together with Lending Circles. In partnership with Mission Asset Fund (MAF), TRP offers a zero-interest, zero-fee way to establish or improve your credit while working toward your financial goals.

What is a Lending Circle?

Lending Circles turn a familiar community practice into a formal credit-building opportunity. Participants contribute through regular payments, and those payments are reported to credit bureaus, helping you establish credit history and strengthen your credit.

Is there interest or a fee?

No. TRP’s Lending Circles offer a zero-interest, zero-fee loan, providing an alternative to high-interest payday loans and other costly forms of borrowing.

How can it help me build credit?

Your monthly payments are reported to credit bureaus, allowing your on-time payments to become part of your credit history. That can help you establish credit if you’re just getting started or improve the credit you already have.

What can I use the money for?

Participants can put the funds toward their individual financial goals, including paying down debt, saving toward homeownership, building an emergency fund, and paying for education or another major expense.
