Casa Guerrero marked several firsts for The Resurrection Project: its first conversion of a non-residential building into apartments, its first use of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits in Pilsen, and at the time, its largest development.

The former warehouse was transformed into a 25-unit building with on-site laundry, parking, and video security, serving residents earning below 50% of the area median income.
