Developed by The Resurrection Project, it addresses the urgent need for housing in a community facing increasing displacement pressures. The development includes 53 permanently affordable rental units.

    In its first year of operation, Casa Durango provided stable housing for 107 individuals, including 44 children, across 53 households. Located near schools, transit, and neighborhood amenities, Casa Durango reflects TRP’s mission to create dignified, energy-efficient housing that promotes long-term community stability.
