TRP Lending is a nonprofit, Illinois-licensed mortgage lender and an initiative of The Resurrection Project, created to expand access to affordable homeownership in Chicago and Cook County.

We provide responsible, community-based mortgage products for low- and moderate-income households, first-time homebuyers, and others who may not qualify for conventional financing. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), our focus is not just lending—but long-term stability, affordability, and accountability.

Home Purchase Loans
