The Workforce & Organizational Research Center (WORC) and The Resurrection Project (TRP) are excited to release the September 2023 report “Improving Recruitment & Reducing Turnover in Illinois’ Immigrant-Serving Organizations.” This report includes an overview of causes for recruitment and retention challenges facing immigrant-serving organizations in Illinois, a salary analysis of positions within legal service and community navigator programs, and potential solutions for both organizations and funders to address challenges.
