TRP Proudly Announces Award From the U.S. Department of Treasury’s CDFI Fund
This award will allow TRP to deploy more loans, create more homeowners, and generate more community investment

In July 2017, TRP Lending was awarded certification as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). A year later, TRP is proud to be part of a distinguished group of grantees dedicated to providing financial services to underserved communities. The CDFI Fund awarded302 Community Development Financial Institutions $202.2 million in awards for fiscal year 2018, enabling increased investment in local communities and the residents who live there.
