Newly renovated NSP2 apartments in Back of the Yards

Some of our newest homes for rent in Back of the Yards. The Resurrection Projected invested $13.8 million in Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP2) dollars to acquire 40 foreclosed or vacant properties in Back of the Yards, and rehabilitate them into 75 units of quality, affordable housing.

So they packed up their things and immigrated to the United States to be closer to their children. Upon arrival, they invested their entire life savings in a down payment toward a house.
