Located in East Pilsen, the 1850 S. Racine Street Redevelopment Project will offer 37 one-, two-, and three-bedroom modern family units. Just blocks from the proposed Paseo Trail, tenants will have easy access to public transportation, on-site tenant storage facilities, and other amenities. Community space in the building will be made available to residents.
