The ceremony was attended by over 100 people including community partners, elected officials, families and TRP and Consulate staff.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/trpold.wpengine.com\/chicago-launch-new-financial-services-mexican-consulate\/consulate\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-9120\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-9120\" src=\"https:\/\/trpold.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Consulate-500x375.jpg\" alt=\"Consulate\" width=\"286\" height=\"214\" \/><\/a>The Consulate General of Mexico selected The Resurrection Project to lead the <em>Ventanilla de <\/em><em>Asesor\u00eda<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Financiera <\/em>based on its twenty-seven year history of providing quality financial services through their <a href=\"https:\/\/trpold.wpengine.com\/our-departments\/financial-education-and-counseling\/\">Financial Wellness Department <\/a>and the <a href=\"https:\/\/fullcirclehomes.org\/\">Full Circle Homes<\/a> program. The <em>Ventanilla de <\/em><em>Asesor\u00eda<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Financiera <\/em>will help families make smart financial choices by giving them access to responsible financial products and services that can help them build wealth.<\/p>\n<p>The Resurrection Project is proud to partner with the <a href=\"https:\/\/consulmex.sre.gob.mx\/chicago\/\">Consulate General of Mexico <\/a>in Chicago to provide families with important financial services. \u201cThis new partnership will allow us to strengthen families financially by helping them improve their credit, reduce debt, and provide educational workshops on how to purchase their first home,\u201d said Julian Posada, TRP\u2019s Chief Operating and Enterprise Officer. \u201cWe believe in helping people achieve financial stability so that they can reach their financial goals and build long-term wealth for their families.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/trpold.wpengine.com\/chicago-launch-new-financial-services-mexican-consulate\/madeline\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-9121\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-9121\" src=\"https:\/\/trpold.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Madeline-485x400.jpg\" alt=\"Madeline\" width=\"274\" height=\"226\" \/><\/a>At this new location, TRP\u2019s staff will be offering free financial education that includes: personalized one-on-one financial coaching services, access to responsible financial products, financial literacy workshops, On-the-Road Financial Literacy workshops through the Mobil Consulate, and printed materials on financial services. TRP will staff the <em>Ventanilla de <\/em><em>Asesor\u00eda<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Financiera <\/em>with financial coaches that will provide all services in Spanish.
