The Workforce & Organizational Research Center (WORC) and The Resurrection Project (TRP) are excited to release the September 2023 report\u00a0\u00abImproving Recruitment & Reducing Turnover in Illinois’ Immigrant-Serving Organizations.\u00bb<\/b>\u00a0This report includes an overview of causes for recruitment and retention challenges facing immigrant-serving organizations in Illinois, a salary analysis of positions within legal service and community navigator programs, and potential solutions for both organizations and funders to address challenges.<\/p>\n
