Apply for your apartment in two easy steps!

NOTICE:

The waitlist for our affordable apartments closed 8/28/2017. Any applications received after this date must reapply when the waitlist is reopened. Please check this site periodically for updates on the reopening of the waitlist. If you have any questions please contact pm@resurrectionproject.org or call 312-248-8355.

1. Download and print one or both of our pre-applications:

  • General TRP Rental Program Pre-Application
  • NSP2 Rental Program Pre-Application
  • Casa Queretaro Pre-Application

2. Submit your completed application, with all required documents:

By US Postal Service (USPS): The Resurrection Project, 2014 S. Racine Ave. Chicago, IL 60608

Office is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, closed for holidays.
