Join us on December 5th at 6pm at La Casa Resource Center (1815 S. Paulina) for a Community Meeting to review a proposal to redevelop and restore the St. Vitus Campus into affordable rental units. This Equitable Transit Oriented Development will bring 42 new permanent affordable housing units to the Pilsen community. The building will be a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units serving vulnerable households most at risk to displacement pressure in Pilsen. The development site is walking distance from the 18th St. Pink Line Train Station as well as jobs and businesses along 18th. Created for the community, the development will create collaborative engagement and positive economic development.
